Default 1803 pattern sword and one other

hi, just picked up two swords, the first is the 1803 pattern grenadier company sword by jj runkel with solingen blade. the second sword is by osborn & gunby who i understand worked together from 1805 to 1820, the blade is unmarked bar the makers name and is shorter then the 1803 pattern and the blade is wider near the tip. I think this is a british flank company sword but would it of been used at the same time as the 1803 pattern was inforce.
