Default Two court swords Italian ISAIA and French Coulaux Klingenthal for ID

Here are two court swords I have probblems to identify.

The first one is italian, very similar to court swords for civil administrantion officials or military officials, but with a strange coat of arms instead those more typical Savoia house crosses and eagles. It looks like like a sunflower!. Owning a Boccia Coelho Armi bianche italiane would help I guess, but as I don't have it

Thank you for the help!

Default French sword

The second one is French, marked "Coulaux Klingenthal". It has a nice triangular blade. Is it a generic private purchase piece or an ordonance one? Are those academic palms? If so is it french academic sword?

Any ideas?
