Default Help identify?

Hello. The hotel I am staying at in NE Cambodia has a number of these on display. They have local indigenous ethnographic items on display but I think these must be from elsewhere. Apologies for the poor quality photo.

Thanks Tim. That makes sense. There were also some PNG style bamboo arrows on display in another area. A lot of interesting ethnographic antiques at Terres Rouges lodge in Ban Lung if anyone makes it that way. Sadly most of them are moldering and rusting away.
