Default Old powder flask

This old guy came to me through eScrew about ten years ago.

I think it's German, French or possibly Spanish.

It came from a seller in Utah, but it's old enough that it had to be brought there much later.

Some of the old postings mentioned similar flasks, but I can't find the exact one.

Any comments or suggestions are most welcome!
