Gorgeousness and gorgiosity!

Fabulous to see the fragile ivory still intact!

These are lovely Ron, and nothing like a good cleaning to get their full bling on!

Thumbs up

Hello Ron,

We do need a green with envy emoticon for the forum if you keep going like this...

A really superb group you have there!

What age would you estimate for the barung with suasa?

Did you test the barung with yellowish punto for gold?

If you could take a group pic of the lower/end face of the pommels that would be great!

Regards,
Kai

thanks all!
Kai, as far as age, i'd put it on the first decade of the 20th century, as with the rest of them.
the ferrule on the far right is 14k
here's a couple more angles

I especially like the far right barong with the old ivory and the chased silver ferrule!

My favorite of Ron's group is the second one from the right, with the two horn spacers...

Very sexy and classy collection Brother! I love the Shandi Barong in far right, killer carved pommel.

That tops them all!

I'd estimate the average of the group to be well within the 19th century...

No need for difficult choices - I'd settle for the group of them.

Kai
