Default Question for the Aceh specialists amongst us!

An old image of Neeb is bothering me a bit, and I thought it was nice to put the image on the forum for discussion!
The image is made during the Aceh war, and depicted is a group of the Royal Dutch Indisch Army, with officers.
"Van Daalen" and "Veltman" are identified behind the rock!
"Tolhuys" to the right is also identified.

But I want to know the name of the man who is circled in red and not identified.
I think he must be Hans Christoffel, because his small appearance and his features. But maybe I'm wrong?

Thanks,
Maurice
