Default Dagger with cross

Hello I need a little help to identify this dagger with cross that have a Passau wolf and the words IHN MINJ or MINI. I want to know what kind of dagger is, the country and how old. Thank you in advance

It looks to me like a plug bayonet, although what country I could not say. Maybe 17th century given the markings? Maybe with a new grip/plug put on? But take that with a huge grain of salt since I am not remotely an expert.
