Default A French Chassepot with carved stock

Only to show a Chassepot bring back from the Maghreb certainly from Algeria .
Any comment on it will be welcome.

Hi Cerjak.
These decorated guns are really hard to find and seldom come up for sale. Yes, the decoration looks Algerian. I've seen similar on Algerian wood powder flasks. Neat gun, and a lucky find. Congrats.
