Strange dagger
Hello and please I need a little help to identify this dagger that I think is from Toledo. The sheath have a spider and a web on it and the blade have the inscription IN TE DOMINE SPERAVI and the marks of swordsmith I think and also in the middle some letters very strange that I don’t know what are. Thank you in advance
