Default ID on these 2 weapons

Sorting through more of my heap I came across these 2 items which are from parts of the world that are not familiar to me . The long almost Khyber dagger is 48 cm long in total and has what I would think is a spurious '1677' mark on the back edge of the blade . The smaller item is 24 cm overall and seems to be a spear head having a hollow handle . The handle is a metal socket bound rather nicely with leather , the scabbard is wooden. Any help would be appreciated .
