Default Unusual Indian dagger

The steel is wootz, the carving is presumably camel bone. All comments welcome.

Good morning Marcus,

I like the blade/bolster, but the hilt looks "new" to me and a bit crude..
No expert but that is my opinion. :-)

I have to agree here. There has been a sloppy attempt to artificially age the hilt, probably with furniture or shoe polish.

The blade, I agree, is likely a good old one, with a slight chance it is one of the new wootz blades coming out of India now.
