Default Is it possible to determin the age of this Keris

Hi all, I'm new here. This is my first post.

In the post my first Keris. It is a 11 luk from Java Yogyakarta.

Is it possible to determin the age and pamor type? I assume this Keris is from the early 19 century.

Does anyone has more information about this Keris

Regards Pat

Age is difficult to assess, especially from pics. The blade has lost quite a bit of substance by erosion and only limited amounts of pamor are left which may also change its appearance a bit: it is obviously of the pamor mluhmah type and if pressed really hard to name it, I might fancy to go with kulit semangka...

Gonjo might be a replacement and just about any greneng are gone. Thus, hardly any pointers left which might help to narrow things down.

Regards,
Kai
