Default Need help reading Yatagan inacriptions

Hello,
I have this Yatagan with really interesting inscriptions on both sides. I havent seen this on any other Yatagan before. I tried to research and ask for help from different people but nobody was able to shed any light so far. The Yatagan itself is a fine one with silver mounted handle and silver and leather scabbard. Looks like the style from Balkans from the 1820s. Any help would be appreciated. I will post more photos as well.
