Default Jambiya Sellers

I was scanning some old family photos and I came across this photo of some jambiya sellers in the pre-tourist days.

Also a couple of incongruous images; snow in Sanaa, a volkswagon we drove on the road from Aden to Taiz (those volkswagons were great) and a shot of me with a couple of tribesmen.

Thanks for the pics. I used to collect Arab jambiyas many, many moons ago and seeing photos like this reminds me of that phase in my collecting career. 'Wish I'd kept a couple of the nicest ones, but I guess you've all heard that lament before!
