Default Tip of spear ?

Hello and thank for your wellcome on this site.
I'm looking for some informations about this unusual tip of spear.
I'm thinking about India but I'm really not sure.
It's 15 inches long made of brass and iron.
If somebody knows something about...Many thanks.
John

It certainly has an Indian look to it, perhaps a parade item of some sort. I've seen something like it illustrated in the past, but can't find where unfortunately.

Regards.
