Default Louis 16 sabre d`officier d`infanterie

I would be grateful to anyone who will tell me about the decoration on the blade.
I could not find information about a lady as a subject for decoration.
Thank you.

Hmmmmm! ... in other forums I was told that this is a revolutionary symbol of freedom or Marianne. But then another question arises. Royalist officer's saber with the symbols of the revolution - funny. Louis 16 some time cooperated with the revolution. Perhaps it is this period?
