Default Pendok from unknown origin

Hi,
I purchased this pendok (without the balinese sampir) and I wonder about its origin.
It is very long (42 cm) and wide (4.5 cm at the top), and made from silver alloy (see pics before and after cleaning). The style of floral decoration is peculiar as well as the flat buntut.
The inside gandar is a modified balinese piece (cut at the tip and filed on the edges for matching the pendok). The matching blade is javanese or from South Sumatra but not an original fit so not an useful indication.
Has anybody an opinion about the area of origin of this pendok?
Thank you and best regards
