Default Help identify Kindjal/Kama Caucasian or Ottoman dagger

Can anybody read the insirption son this dagger? and may be give some more infomration on whereabouts and date of this beautiful piece that I obtained from here on the forums?

Have you seen the Arabic inscription engraved under your gold koftgari?
i guess the name of the maker.

I see some kind of scratch. is it a date perhaps? or a name? i cant make anything of it..
