Default Binanagon, from Panay, Negros??

Hi, Took a chance on this one, lousy Ebay photos. Searches I've done here indicates it may be a Panay dressed binangon. It has great balance and appears well made. There are parallel lines running along the blade. Old file marks or made from a large old file? Ian posted this http://www.vikingsword.com/vb/showth...sayan+binangon Apr 17th 2005. Would the Metal bands be correct? Or woven rattan?
OAL 26 1/2" Blade 21 1/2" Width 1 3/8 inches.
This came separated, badly glued and with most of its' pinning brads broken or missing, with a leather shoe lace type thong crisscrossed on the scabbard. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Note the marks on the blade near the hilt, do they further ID its origins? How old do you think it might be?

Thank you,
Steve

Very nice! I was bidding on that one but due to a bit of mix up I never put in my final bid. I have no idea what this is called but it's a great piece

Congrats
