Default A Nice Moro Panabas With Uniquely Pierced Blade

This is a nice Moro panabas, though I am not sure it is necessarily datu grade. The handle and brass ferrule are attractive, but it's best feature is the pierced chisel work at the tip of the blade, which was no small feat, and likely done by a very steady-handed master. You'll also notice the chiseled "Ms" at top of each side of the blade, showing considerable wear as you approach the end of the blade.

Dimensions:
Overall length: 36in.
Blade length: 19.75in.
Blade's widest point: 3in.
Blade's thickness at the forte: .25in.
