The images appear to be from this museum.

Are the two attached images the ones you wanted?

Perfect thank you
Very nice pieces, i will save them in my database.

While we are at it, you might also be familiar with these three haquebuts at the Museum of Varna, Bulgaria? I would love to have more pictures and measurements of them.

Hi Marcus,

I have to admit I am absolutely no expert in early firearms! I just am not bad with Russian (well some small translations) and computers and figured I could help.

I can look if the same guy on that Russian forum was in that museum also and took more pictures. I saw already he had an image from a Serbian museum with similar guns.

Hi Marcus,

I'll do my best, but I'm afraid it is a pretty obscure topic and while I can manage to read enough to get some images finding dimensions I think will depend if there is any published work on these examples in Bulgaria. I have access to a few academic resources and will see what I can find.

A quick search did not produce any results. But I have tried emailing a few contacts I found for the museum, I have some doubts I will get a reply but it is worth a chance....

Some progress! No dimensions yet I'm afraid but I've been in contact with the Varna museum.

The guns in question actually appear to be at the following museum. http://www.varnenchikmuseum.com/Eng

I was given contact information for this museum and have written them. So hopefully I'll have a result for you soon!

Perfect, that is exactly what i wanted to know. Though i am suprised by the weight of the pieces beeing so light.. the measurements are the really interesting part.

No pictures, I can ask for few more if you want. They are speaking English and seem very helpful! Perhaps it will be easiest if you PM me your email address and I will send you the contact I have now at the museum.
