Default Nice Persian Quaddarra For Help With Inscription Translation

With the help of Rsword, I was able to get this nice Persian quaddara at the Louisville show in February. It was one of those rare "walk-in" items that we rarely see anymore at shows. It needed a little restoration to the hilt and scabbard which has now been completed.

The sword's blade is quite impressive; it's heavy, and carries a wicked point. Its scabbard is dressed in silver alloy fittings in typical Persian motifs. The sword was worn hung on a waist belt with all the tassels and the two thicker pieces you see hanging beside it, so it's quite fancy.

Note the high twisted steel rivet covers to the hilt. They are very unique.

I am hoping I can get some help with the inscriptions to the forte on both sides of the blade and the cartouches to the center scabbard fitting.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Dimensions:

Overall length: 31.5in.
Blade length: 23.5in.
Blade width at the widest point: 1.75in.
