Jawi Translation please

My thanks to the Moderator team for help and direction.

It is with hope that some of our Keris brothers in the Warung Kopi forum may be able to help complete a Jawi translation?
This has been placed here as I am unsure if many Keris purists venture far from this community and I am sure the Knowledge base for Jawi translations is greater here...
