Default kilij pala inscriptions for translation

I bought this one recently. Has some text on it that I would like translated.

It's very interesting.
I think it's an Austrian pala.
Please, have a look at this thread:

I'm not sure...but I don't think that you would be able to translate these inscriptions as they are not proper Arabic, they are just a copy of the Arabic script...
