Default Switzerland/Prussia, sabre with blade signature

There is a sabre of Neuchâtel used in the years ca. 1750. Neuchâtel was once under Prussian government but anyway a Swiss canton until the 1840s. It has on its blade a very diffult to read signature, beginning with "Vor GOTT und das VATTERLAND". May be that there is some Swiss collector beeing able to decipher the rest? The kind of writing is certainly older than the hilt, I think that the blade is from about 1600.
