Question Translation assistance, Omani Khanjar

In my collection there is an Omani khanjar Al-Saidi, on the back of the top cover of the scabbard (Sader) there is an inscription. If possible, I would appreciate a translation.

Nice filigree work. Does anyone know what was supposed to hang off of the hook??

I'm sorry that I cannot help with the translation request.

Help with identification.
The belt has a decorated round part with studs Stud (Razah or Fatkhah) and the hook of the movable hinge is attached to it when wearing a khanjar.
