Default Early Scottish Dirk , Maker mark??

Hello Chaps,
Picked up this Scottish dirk but does anyone have an idea on dating this piece? Has a makers stamp but cant make head or tails?
Any help or if theres a subforum i should be on let me know

I would take a guess at the last quarter of the 18th century.

However, I'll move this over to the European section for better responses.
