Smile Nepalese Kora sword

Hey Guys and Girls,

i want to share with you, a Nepalese Kora sword that i just received one week ago.
She is in really good state, edge is sharp, pattern welded one, with the scabbard and hilt in pretty good condition. Length is 48cm blade (close to 19 inch) and 60cm in total (24 inch). Age estimation, middle 19th.

My thing these.

From the limited photos it looks like a high quality fighting kora. Lovely watered blade. Pity you can't show images of the scabbard as they are very rare to get.

The blade is amazing but you have to show us photos of the whole sword and photos of the hilt!

Wow, gorgeous and complete with scabbard. I had no idea Koras could be found with that kind of pattern welding!

I join you in that Cthulhu!!! I have seen many koras, but never with watered steel blade (I use that term as I never grasp the world of metallurgical tereminology!).
