Default Decorative 20th C Burmese dha

Attractive Burmese dha from the first half of the 20th C. The hilt is wooden with three overlying metal segments—two brass ferrules flank a white metal section with incised designs. The blade has a central fuller, and it appears to have been mirror polished or nickel-plated at some time. The simple wooden scabbard is held together by white metal bands. An attractive sword for display.

OAL 24.0 inches (61 cm)
Blade 17.0 inches (43 cm)
Hilt 7.0 inches (18 cm)
