Question language or a decoration?

on the back of a pendok, this written on it,
I do not know if it is a language or just a decoration?

I know hat there could be several images or (lucky) numbers
on the back, and they make not always sense, and are not always for us to understand.

but if this is a language, can someone translate it then for me?
