Trying to figure out how to import an antique ivory hilt dagger into the USA from Europe. Has anyone had any luck with this? Looking at the ESA antiques exception (over 100 years old) and Form 3-177 with documentation demonstrating that the item meets the ESA exception. Any thoughts?
