Default A pair of little pistols for ID ... please

I have received a request from an acquaintance to try and ID a pair of little flintlock pistols of the turn off barrel type.
I guess this is quite a challenge; he has gone through all of his several books and had no result.

He has the wrong books! French pistol made by gunmaker DUPIARD at Mācon about 1790 and proofed at St. Etienne

The one i posted is small, but it comes as a pair; certainly not the pocket version.
