Welsh or Irish Sword Cane Shillelagh for sale

Greetings all. I am now listing this British sword cane in shillelagh form. Blade is 2 inches broad, thin, springy, sharp and flexible. I was informed that the blade may be from a Scottish broadsword possibly. Sword fits solidly in the scabbard, though the scabbard which is fashioned to create a large club, is not exceedingly heavy. Shows traces of fabric patch that was designed to look like a large blackthorn club. I was told that this might have belonged possibly to a leader of a shillelagh faction. But that was just one gentleman’s opinion.
A very interesting weapon indeed.
