Thank you very much for your reply. I agree that the inscription is Turkish, as most inscriptions on yataghans are. It is my understanding that Sufi poems are really hard to translate, due to the complex meaning. Hopefully Zifir may see this topic and provide a translation, even if literal. Best regards, Teodor |
