Hello David and Lew,

no, he has not mentioned the repair, but remember that the dagger it's arrived firm and the pictures you see are of a moment when I have already started to disconnect the handle. I think that after the restoration that I will do the result will be fine maybe the price I have paid it's a bit too high, but what is done is done.... here is a drawn I made to understand better the construction technique (yes it's ivory)
