As David has mentioned Rick, its a mix, and the proportions quoted are what I always quote, but I never measure it, I just roughly judge it.

The "mineral oil" I know as "medicinal parafin".

There`s another thing to bear in mind:- there are many different types of sandalwood oil. Some are "edgey", some are sour, some are sweet, some have a saw-dusty smell.

The purpose of the kenongo is just to take the sweet smell off the sandalwood that I personally use.
