I belive adni had a Keris panjang on his sight a few year agos with a similar curve and I also beleive it was considered a luk.....If my memory serves me the curve is useful for execution

Thank you for the responses so far, I checked the "sold Items" Adni had on the web site, but did not see any with a simular bend in the blade. He did have a "sold" panjang with a nearly identical dress, he had it from Riau Lingga in South Sumatra.

Perhaps our friends in Malaysia/Singapore can help out on this one, the very unusual handle, the forward bend, and the use of a nearly full pamor.

Unforinatly I saw this blade on adni's site way before he had the sold items area.
