Hi Toshkhana,

Yes I think that would probably classify as an otta. Those small circles most probably correspond to points on the body i.e. the marma points. Does the other side look the same? The person training in Kalari would use that as a tool to learn the points and how to strike them. Nice photo, thanks for sharing it

The horn dagger is a Bichwa,look in Stones page 112. There's a nearly identical one.
