it comes from an auction house which spoke of a souvenir item but an old one, 100 years old it has a nice patina but... You think all bullshit ?? Length 67cm / 26,4 inches Weight is 400gramms / 0.9 pounds not heavy but well balance. |

Not 100 years old. No more than 50 years and probably less than that. Hand held clubs are not prominent weapons among Australian indigenous groups. Spears and throwing sticks (boomerangs) were preferred.

Just these last pictures, Said to be collected in 1921 + They sold it for a lot of money !! Mine was not expensive so it's ok but glad if I can sell it like this one.🙃 PS the auction house was in UK, a sale about african and oceanian items |

Just words not provance. Some traders even think an item sold previously by a upmarket auction house is province but it is not. Dare say the mission did exist but the piece is made for sale to visitors.

Take auction house/sellers 'descriptions' with a huge tablespoon of salt.
It's 'fluffing', mostly to drive up the bids. Kangaroo and Emu are from the Australian coat of arms, popular add-on for those who travel: |
