I have to agree that this hilt is not ivory. I think I might go with bone rather than antler due to the black spotting.
I also think, from what I can see on my phone, that this hilt form might better be described as Kojuk Mrenges rather than Donoriko. It is a related, but more slight form, and carries symbols of Dutch heraldry such as the crown and epaulets of European soldiers and was favoured by Madurese soldiers under Dutch rule.
The blade also seems to be Madurese to me with its wispy kembang kacang and somewhat inwardly slanting gandik. Was there any sheath with this one?
