I have already seen blades from Sulawesi with this Pamor type and a hardened iron cutting edge reported. On your blade I think it has been repolished and re-sharpened recently, however the scabbard seems recent.

Hi Athanase, I agree about the recent repolish and sharpening but the lamination goes right to the edge. I think the scabbard is not that recent. It fits like a glove and looks and feels like it's got some age but it is very plain compared to the blade!
