It is a pedang Lar Bango from Jawa.

The form is more like a pedang Suduk Maru, but it is far too long for a Suduk Maru.

Both Lar Bango & Suduk Maru are very scarce.

The dress looks recent, which is normal. It is extremely rare to find an old pedang in old dress. Pedangs were actually used in combat, unlike keris which were only used as a last resort, thus as soon as a pedang was drawn the scabbard was dropped.
