Congratulations on the excellent shashка model 1927.It is clear from the stamp that it was produced in 1938 in Zlatoust.The logo «ЗИЗ», means Златоустовский инструментальный завод.Zlatoustovskiy instrumental factory.
Everything is fine  The letters on the other side are stamps for acceptance and quality control.The marking corresponds to the year of manufacture ....an excellent and original subject
