Yes, the English version does appear to be complete.
The presentation of this exhibition seems to have been excellent. I live too far away to even contemplate a visit, but from what I have been told, and from the on-line presentations, it was something really admirable. After downloading both German and English versions of the catalogue, I liked them so much that I ordered a printed copy as well.
