In my case, I sent an email to the company inquiring about the book. Received a prompt professional reply and a couple emails later received an invoice, then paid for the books I ordered.

By the way, if you order more than one book the shipping cost per book drops quite a bit.

I found it on John Randall Books homepage. Look for India and go to page 16.
The Easiest is to go to John Randall's homepage, write Nordlunde in the search function and enter.
I have added a few pictures, besides from the ones you can see on the booksofasia homepage.
