Hello

Surely the number 1 indicates that it was part of a pair. Asimismon test punches are reversed, and the first time I see a jagged edge.

Maybe the proof and view are reversed because they are provincial /private proofs?...not London. I do not know, as private proofs are to be seen laid out as the London proof and view marks are. Maybe there was no special requirements at that time? (For private marks)
