Jean, without any arsenal or control marks to work with assigning a regional attributation is of course a guess at best but with the flared front edge of the cheek plates and the bit deeper bowl of the helmet an central/eastern European is a reasonable guess to make on design features alone. A very nice looking helmet and having the hanging ring at the peak is definitely a bonus.
