ARCSOFT PHOTOBASE 4.5 is what I have used for a few years both with XP and now with Windows 7. Available as a free download. Program gives options for cropping, toning, enhancing, resizing, red eye removal etc all on the one screen. Very easy to use.
Since the theme of resizing seems to include interesting bikes, here is one I saw in Shanghai a couple of years ago. From the pics shown above by Bill M it would appear that this is also a Chang Jian, but in military guise. Stu |
