Cheers, Russel
Indian man (Khond, Chota Nagpoor/Nagpur) with a bulova axe, from a collection of photographs taken by Egon Freiherr von Eickstedt (10 April 1892 – 20 December 1965) during his first expedition to India from November 1926 to April 1929, where he measured 3771 individuals and took 7441 anthropolgical photographs. A summary of the results was published in 7 reports called "Die Indien-Expedition des Staatlichen Forschungsinstituts für Völkerkunde".
