Rich, did you click on the link to any of those Yemeni knives that appear in that link? I believe they turned up in your search because of their connection to Sana'a, not because they are made by Sana Cutlery. I actually browsed through all 25 pages of knives that Sana offers on Etsy and none of them are traditional Yemeni knives. I will leave it to the mods on this side of the fence to decide whether custom folders are fair game for discussion here, but i don't think i would classify any of Sana Cutlery's product as being particularly "ethnographic".
If you are still really curious about their origin of manufacture you can ask them that question directly through their Etsy site. There is also a phone # on their Facebook page, but when i called it i only got an answering machine.
